Nutritional advice is available along with your online coaching plan and is tailored to your own nutritional needs, goals and lifestyle. Any specific dietary requirements are welcomed and can be catered for.

Shauna is very knowledgeable on weight loss through resistance training, strength and muscle mass building. She has so much experience from being a strong woman herself. She is such an inspiration.
