A one-hour weekly training slot exclusively for the LGBTQ+ community

BLOCKS

Learn to Lift

6 week block
Coached sessions learning to lift weights with correct form and technique. Level 1: suited to beginners. Level2: suitable for those with experience.

Lift Weights Lose Weight

8 week bootcamp block
Weekly 1 hour sessions with weight loss discussions, advice, feedback & check-ins, followed by a fat burn workout

Strongwoman / Strongman

A dedicated 2-hour slot for Strongwoman and Strongman specific training

DJ PT CLASSES

A strength and fitness class focused on functional movements

What is Moar Coaching

Moar Coaching is an inclusive space where everyone is welcome, regardless gender Identity, gender expression, sexuality, cultural background and age.

A safe space that makes sure everyone feels comfortable in their customised “fitness journey”, that focuses on positive encouragement and avoids competitive urge, perseverance culture and negative body image.

We’ve got something for everyone!

Whether you’re into strength training, cardio, or functional fitness, we offer a variety of classes designed for all fitness levels. Take a look at theme here. If you’re looking for something more personalised, our trainers are here to help you reach your unique goals with one-on-one sessions.

While the gym is designed to be a welcoming space for LGBTQ+ individuals, we’re open to anyone who supports our mission of inclusivity and equality. Everyone is welcome here!

It’s super easy! You can sign up directly through our website by visiting the Membership page or contact Shauna on 0782 499 4737. We offer various membership options to fit your needs, and if you prefer, you can also purchase individual class passes.

We’ve tried to make it as convenient for you as possible. You can pay with credit and debit cards via a direct payment or through PayPal when you visit the gym in person.

No worries at all! We offer a welcome session where we’ll assess your needs and create a personalised workout plan just for you. Plus, you can get access to our fitness app for virtual coaching – loaded with workout videos and tools to guide you along the way. And remember, our trainers are always here to support you whenever you need help!

We’re not just here for fitness support – many of our members also seek friendship and morale support. Our gym community is one of inclusion and everyone is welcoming and here to help in any way you need.

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. We are part of the community and are trained in LGBTQ+ inclusivity. We have strong policies in place to make sure everyone feels respected and valued. We’re committed to building a positive and supportive community for all our members.

Absolutely! We’d love for you to try out our classes before making a commitment. You can purchase a single class pass or take advantage of our special introductory offers for new members.

Booking a class is a breeze! Just head over to our Classes page, pick your preferred class, and book your spot online. You can also message us via Instagram to get booked in on the go.
